Job summary

A premier resort location in Southwest Florida is seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead its extensive dining concepts, meeting and event facilities, and upscale resort amenities.

The role offers growth opportunities and requires strong P&L management, budgeting, and a proven track record in high-volume F&B operations. Join a dynamic hospitality team focused on guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive F&B leadership experience in a large resort or full-service hotel.
• Strong banquet, catering, and special events experience.
• Proven P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control experience.
• Experience overseeing Executive Chefs and culinary operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurants, bars, culinary, banquets, catering, special events, pool operations, recreation, and stewarding.
• Lead and develop the F&B management team, including the Executive Chef.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, purchasing, and financial performance.
• Lead the growth and expansion of banquet, catering, and special events operations.
• Ensure consistent service, culinary standards, and exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
