Qualifications

• MD or DO with board eligibility or certification in Cardiology/Cardiovascular Subspecialty.
• Fellowship trained in applicable specialty.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high quality patient-centric care.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead service line physicians and APPs in clinical quality performance.
• Establish strong working relationships with healthcare providers.
• Develop and review performance metrics and optimize clinical outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to established clinical protocols and procedures.
