Job summary

Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is seeking an Executive Enablement Assistant in St. Louis to partner with C-level leaders and elevate enterprise priorities. Qualifications

  • Experience creating executive-level presentations, briefing materials, and communications.
  • Proven ability coordinating complex domestic and international travel and high-profile events.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief Transformation & Sustainability Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer to optimize executive effectiveness by proactively managing priorities, schedules, and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional programs and enterprise initiatives by aligning stakeholders, tracking milestones, and ensuring priorities remain on schedule.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, briefing materials, agendas, executive communications, and meeting content for the Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, leadership reviews, and talent discussions.
  • Manage highly complex executive calendars, domestic and international travel, and executive logistics while proactively anticipating conflicts and balancing competing priorities.
  • Lead the planning and execution of executive meetings, leadership events, Board activities, and offsite sessions, ensuring exceptional preparation, flawless logistics, and meaningful outcomes.
  • Provide flexible executive support across the Executive Office during peak workloads, business-critical initiatives, or leadership transitions to ensure continuity and operational excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve collaboration, and leverage AI-enabled tools and digital workflows to increase executive and organizational effectiveness.
  • Build strong partnerships across executive leadership, business functions, and the Executive Assistant community to foster collaboration and deliver exceptional service.
