Job summary

Hempel Companies is seeking an Executive Driver & Hospitality Concierge for LaSalle Plaza in Downtown Minneapolis. This role blends executive transportation with premium hospitality, aiming to deliver exceptional tenant experiences across building operations.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, proactive, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include driving, guest services, amenities oversight, and collaboration with property management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Minnesota driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 2+ years of professional customer service or hospitality experience.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent time management and planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
• Walk multiple miles daily.
• Must be 18 years or older; unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous, and professional transportation for tenants and authorized guests.
• Maintain a luxury-level customer experience with every ride.
• Assist passengers with entry, exit, luggage, and personal belongings when appropriate.
• Monitor transportation requests and maintain an efficient ride schedule.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, fueling, maintenance, inspections, and appearance at all times.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and maintain maintenance records.
• Practice defensive driving and comply with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Serve as a hospitality ambassador for LaSalle Plaza.
• Greet tenants and visitors in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner.
• Assist with wayfinding, visitor inquiries, recommendations, transportation requests, and local information.
• Support VIP visitors, ownership representatives, brokers, and prospective tenants during tours.
• Help coordinate hospitality experiences and special tenant appreciation events.
• Foster positive tenant relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Perform daily inspections of amenity spaces including Conference Center, Golf Simulators, Fitness Center.
• Ensure spaces remain clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Restock coffee stations, refreshments, supplies, and promotional materials as needed.
• Identify maintenance or housekeeping concerns and coordinate timely resolution.
• Assist with conference room readiness and event setup.
• Perform daily property quality inspections throughout common areas.
• Report operational deficiencies and follow through until resolved.
• Assist with building inspections, inventory management, tenant move-ins/outs, and communications.
• Provide operational support during emergencies and special events.
• Assist with seasonal projects and building initiatives.
