Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant healthcare leadership experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience required.
• Clinical background in Perinatal Services preferred.
• Experience in union environments and employment practices preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including Title 22, Title 24 and JCAHO preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting principles and accounting practices preferred.
• Knowledge of quality and performance improvement activities preferred.
• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and evaluate patient care services within the Division of Nursing, ensuring resources are used cost-effectively to provide high-quality patient care.
• Provide leadership to the management and clinical teams responsible for delivering Women’s Services across the continuum of care.
• Support the vision and goals of the Division of Nursing; oversee daily operations of Women’s Services, including HR, physician relations, practice development, quality improvement, strategic planning, and fiscal oversight.
• Utilize a multidisciplinary, patient- and family-centered approach to integrate functional operations and ensure coordinated services.
