Job summary

Santander is seeking an Executive Director for Trade & Working Capital to support origination, negotiation and execution of facilities. You will manage client relationships, update offerings and coordinate with risk, compliance, and middle office to ensure smooth deal bookings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education (Required).
• Master’s Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education (Preferred).
• 12+ Years Product Development, Business Development or related experience (Required).
• Superior knowledge of commercial banking products and trade finance services and market competitors.

• Support GTB marketing officers in origination, deal negotiation and execution.
• Lead client management including updating offerings and follow-up on facilities.
• Interface with Middle Office, Compliance, Risk and Legal for deal management.
