Job summary

E3 Consulting, a subsidiary of NAES, seeks an Executive Director – Thermal to lead technical due diligence and owner’s engineering services for thermal power and energy infrastructure projects. You will oversee project reviews from pre-financing through decommissioning and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Education - bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering
• 15+ years of relevant experience; IE or consultant preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Willingness to travel 10–25%

Responsibilities

• Review and opine on technical terms in commercial documents
• Lead reviews of project schedules and capital costs
• Provide construction monitoring and site visits
• Serve as project manager and client interface
• Support business development and proposals
