Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years US information reporting and withholding tax advisory experience.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Broad knowledge of financial products, including investment funds.

• Ability to synthesize complex regulations into terms easily understood by non-tax professionals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor new products and transactions with current reporting rules.
• Review business documents for correct reporting language.
• Maintain understanding of information reporting requirements.
• Research and respond to internal tax-related questions.
• Prepare and present training.
• Comment on proposed regulations and industry issues.
• Provide guidance on year-end tax reporting.
