Tilth Alliance seeks an Executive Director to lead strategic direction, financial sustainability, and community relations across multiple sites. You will partner with the Board, guide program leadership, and advance equity and inclusion in all operations.

The role demands 10+ years in nonprofit leadership, strong fundraising, governance expertise, and the ability to mentor a growing leadership team while communicating the mission to diverse stakeholders.

Formación

• > 10 years nonprofit leadership and governance experience with boards.
• > Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans with measurable outcomes.
• > Track record in equitable, inclusive leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic direction in partnership with the Board.
• Ensure financial sustainability and responsible budget management.
• Lead organizational health and cross-site collaboration across staff.
• Champion transparency, equity, and values-based leadership.
• Serve as chief spokesperson and primary liaison to the Board and staff.
• Oversee fundraising strategy and revenue diversification.
• Mentor and develop organizational leaders and staff.
