Job summary

The University of New Haven seeks an Executive Director for Better Than Ready and Strategic Partnerships to lead corporate partnerships, workforce development, and innovation initiatives. You will align academic and administrative units to scale programs and deliver measurable outcomes for students and employers.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in higher education or large organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to build corporate partnerships and manage workforce initiatives.
• Experience leading organizational change and strategic programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Better Than Ready Center.
• Develop corporate partnerships creating internships and industry projects.
• Lead workforce development strategies from labor market analysis to training initiatives.
• Support innovation and digital transformation efforts across the university.
• Oversee programs within The Elevation Center and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate across units to drive workforce and student success initiatives.
• Establish KPIs and maintain accountability for all programs.
