Job summary

U.S. Fleet Forces Command in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a Supervisory Management Analyst (Executive Director) to oversee NIWTG functions, including IT, budgeting, administration, logistics, and facilities. The role requires coordinating with DoD leaders and directing programs to meet mission needs.

Applicant must have GS-13 equivalent experience and demonstrated ability to lead complex HR and budget initiatives within the Navy, communicating effectively with flag officers and SES-level personnel.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience at GS-13 level or equivalent in the federal service or private/public sector.
• Experience and ability to communicate effectively with high-ranking military and civilian personnel.
• Experience with Navy budgeting, POM, manpower and planning processes to support NIWTG functions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise NIWTG functions including IT, Resource Management, Admin support, Logistics, and Facilities.
• Provide oversight to implement and validate new or revised programs and review management principles.
• Review proposals from higher headquarters to determine projects, budgets, and resources.
• Advise the Commander on policy impact to human capital, labor, and employee relations.
• Oversee NIWTG budget and financial programs and develop strategies for financial decisions.
