Qualifications

• Experience leading complex financial and organizational initiatives in large, multifaceted environments.
• Ability to develop and communicate strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Experience in higher education, public-sector finance, healthcare, or similar mission-driven orgs.
• Advanced knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to lead through influence and manage competing priorities.

• Oversee the finance clustering model across central units and direct reports.
