Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic and administrative leadership for physicians, directors, managers, and staff within the assigned service line. This role partners with the Senior Medical Director to implement care delivery models and ensure cost-effective, high-quality member care while advancing Kaiser Permanente's mission.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, performance management, budget oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional leaders

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant clinical and healthcare management experience, including overseeing complex health care services.
• Experience working with physician leaders and large groups to drive strategy and performance.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and cost containment in a health plan environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of service line strategies and work plans aligned with the organizational mission.
• Manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics to achieve cost, quality, and access goals.
• Partner with Senior Medical Director and physician leaders to develop market strategies and growth opportunities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, business administration or related field
