The role oversees manuscript development, congress content, and engagement activities, partnering with Medical Affairs to align evidence-generation with company goals. Strong leadership and strategic communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD).
• Significant experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, Publications, or Clinical Development.

Responsibilities

• Lead global publication planning across the portfolio.
• Develop annual and multi-year publication strategies aligned with development milestones.
• Oversee manuscript, abstract, poster, and oral presentation development.
• Manage publication agencies, medical writers, and external vendors.
• Ensure adherence to ICMJE, GPP, and publication ethics standards.
• Lead scientific congress planning and content strategy.
• Coordinate congress materials and presentations.
• Support advisory boards and investigator meetings.
• Develop scientific narratives communicating platform value.
