Job summary

You will serve as SME on publication practices, manage budgets and vendor relationships, influence SOPs, and provide strategic project oversight in a fast-paced, global environment with ~10% travel.

Qualifications

• BS/MS or advanced life-sciences degree.
• 7+ years in biopharma industry.
• 2+ years Medical Affairs experience; CMPP desirable.
• Oncology clinical, research, or medical communications experience.
• Expertise in publication strategy, planning, and execution.
• Matrix experience; strong leadership; strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the publication plan.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with matrix teams and external partners.
• Serve as SME for publication-related matters; work with experts to ensure high-quality publications.
• Coordinate with agencies/vendors to ensure timely delivery of publications.
• Manage annual budget and contracts/SOWs/invoices; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Input on SOP updates to improve processes.
• Provide strategic and project management oversight for key projects; identify issues and resolutions.
• Represent Medical Affairs on cross-functional teams as needed.
