Position Summary
The Executive Director is a global leader within the organization and is responsible for the leadership, organization and management of the Safety Pharmacology groups in Huntingdon (UK), Harrogate (UK), Madison (USA) and Shanghai (China), and Safety Pharmacology work performed by Safety Assessment in Greenfield (USA), Muenster (Germany), and Shanghai. This includes the overall management and coordination of Safety Pharmacology, in conjunction with local leaders, such that all work conducted provides an efficient, high-quality service to both internal and external clients.

Pay Range: $190k-$230k (USD)
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
