Job summary

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate political environments.

Responsibilities

25% Strategic Planning and Advising: guide finance and capital planning at executive level; translate mission into strategic goals.
25% Budget and Resource Management Oversight: lead budget processes and external negotiations; ensure operational objectives are met.
20% Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting: develop predictive models for revenue and expenses; monitor adherence to budgets.
20% Long-Range Capital Planning and Financing: oversee master capital plan, funding strategies, and reporting.
10% Office Management and Supervision: oversee staff and cross-unit collaboration.
