Job summary

Corpus Christi Housing Authority seeks a Vice President of Rental Properties to oversee authority-owned properties, drive occupancy and revenue, and guide property management operations. You will advise the CEO and ensure compliance with applicable HUD and local regulations.

The role requires executive leadership, extensive experience in housing management, and the ability to collaborate with public agencies and community partners in Corpus Christi, TX.

Qualifications

• Mastery of HUD programs, regulations and directives.
• Ability to prepare and monitor contracts, budgets, and fund requisitions.
• Ability to prioritize, coordinate, implement and delegate a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise senior rental property leaders to hit occupancy, cost and revenue goals.
• Oversee compliance with laws, policies and procedures in property management.
• Develop annual budget submissions for Property Management Operations.
• Advise CEO and staff on budget, policy, and program issues.
• Develop and implement rental division programs and objectives.
• Monitor federal, state and local housing regulations affecting programs.
• Represent CEO at public, community and interagency meetings.
• Monitor property operations with on-site visits and reporting.
