The successful candidate will manage board functions, develop agendas, supervise investigations and licensing, and coordinate with legal counsel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 10% annually (day, overnight, out-of-state).
• Knowledge of computer applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive director for the boards.
• Direct the operations of the office and implement the boards' decisions, policies and procedures.
• Develop agendas and attend boards' meetings.
• Schedule hearings before the boards.
• Oversee boards' investigations and licensing.
• Assist the boards' legal counsel with cases.
• Assist and advise the boards in developing regulations.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and processes.
• Represent the boards at meetings, testifying at legal proceedings, and presentations before the general assembly.
• Prepare financial statements of revenues, expenditures, and projections.
• Serve as custodian of records for the boards.
