Executive Director RCFE $5,000 Sign-on Bonus (Finance)
Leads the day-to-day operations of a larger community of 60-65 units with two product lines or 65-175 units. Responsible for associate relations, resident and family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Develops and executes business plans to grow revenue and profitability, working with the district team and sales to drive results. Creates an inclusive community culture that ensures high-quality resident experiences and engagement.
Manages all community operations, staff, residents, prospects, and their families. Develops and manages budgets, monitors community performance, and implements strategies for improvement. Builds strong relationships with the management team, encourages teamwork, and empowers department leaders to supervise and motivate staff. Ensures appropriate staffing levels and supports staff recruitment, development, and retention.
Focuses on resident satisfaction and retention by maintaining positive relations, proactively solving issues, and leveraging satisfied residents for community growth. Oversees resident services, including admissions and healthcare management, ensuring compliance and quality. Demonstrates financial acumen by managing budgets, revenue, and expenses, and explores revenue enhancement opportunities.
Drives sales and marketing efforts to meet occupancy and revenue goals, building relationships with local influencers and participating in community activities. Ensures property standards through regular inspections and maintains compliance with licensing and company policies.
Offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and additional perks. Salary ranges from $112,550 to $143,370, based on skills and experience.
