• MLS from an ALA-accredited institution is desired.
• A minimum of seven years of increasingly responsible professional experience, including at least five years in an executive leadership or senior management role, is required.

• Prepares an annual budget reflecting the library system's mission and oversees budget development and expenditures.
• Oversees public relations and maintains relationships with public officials, civic groups, and the community.
