Northwest Bank is seeking an Executive Director of Private Banking to lead the Private Bank across key markets. You will manage a team, drive revenue from Depository, Lending, and Investment Management, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Retail, Commercial Banking to deepen cross-referrals.

This senior role requires 15+ years in financial services, 8-12 years in Wealth Management, and licenses including CTFA, CFP, FINRA SIE, Series 6 and 7.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field.
• Master's degree (MS, MBA) strongly preferred.
• More than 15 years of financial services experience.
• 8–12 years in Wealth Management & Private Banking.
• Licenses: CTFA, CFP, FINRA SIE, Series 6, Series 7.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and manage the Private Bank team across key markets.
• Establish and monitor core metrics to meet annual plans and budgets.
• Drive revenue from Depository, Lending, and Investment Management services.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management and other lines to deliver a consistent experience.
• Lead strategy, training, and marketing to elevate brand visibility.
• Manage pipeline and opportunities to achieve revenue and budget goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and up-to-date knowledge of markets and products.

Education
