J.P. Morgan's U.S. Private Bank in Fort Worth seeks a Lending Specialist to manage the most complex borrowing relationships for ultra-high-net-worth clients. You will present credit solutions and advise on implementation in collaboration with wealth managers.

The role requires extensive experience with credit and loan products, strong structuring skills, and FINRA licenses, with opportunity to lead credit marketing and portfolio risk management in a dynamic private bank team.

Formación

• Seven+ years of experience with extensive credit, loan and deposit products.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses required; must obtain licenses within 90 days.
• Experience structuring creative and complex credit transactions.
• Demonstrated wealth management knowledge including investment management and trusts.
• Completion of formal credit training program.

Responsabilidades

• Act as internal sales leader for the credit product with bankers and investors.
• Partner with Bankers to deliver sophisticated client financing solutions.
• Originate credit leads and lead credit marketing initiatives.
• Handle deal analysis, due diligence and credit presentations.
• Supervise credit memos and restructures.
• Monitor portfolio risk and improve portfolio quality.
• Manage underwriters to adjust debt structure and risk ratings.
