Job Summary

The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to deliver high quality, low cost, innovative community-based ambulatory care. This work stems from Mass General Brigham’s unified system strategy to bring health care closer to patients while lowering total health care costs. The Mass General Brigham Medical Group launched on March 1, 2023, as the new single management structure for Mass General Brigham employed community-based providers and ambulatory practices. The Medical Group provides a wide range of offerings, including primary care, behavioral and mental health, specialty care, and urgent care, both digitally as well as at physical locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. The group also offers outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion across both states. In the Medical Group, we share the commitment to delivering a coordinated and comprehensive experience across Mass General Brigham locations, ensuring the appropriate level of care is available to every patient across our care delivery sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple Primary Care sites across the regions in a dynamic, hybrid leadership role.
  • Maintain regular routine presence at 399 Revolution Drive, Somerville (Assembly Row Main Building), Somerville, MA, with visits to other regional offices as needed to support operations, clinical teams, and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or Related Field of Study required
  • Master’s Degree preferred

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in a progressive leadership role in a medical group or ambulatory operations required
  • 5+ years of experience managing large, multi-specialty physician practices required
