Job summary

The Children’s TherAplay Foundation, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director to provide visionary leadership for a nonprofit that combines philanthropy with pediatric therapy services, including hippotherapy.

The ED will oversee fundraising, donor engagement, board partnerships, and the clinical operations of a 40+ person team in a mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate will balance strategic planning with financial stewardship and a collaborative leadership style to expand community

Qualifications

• Five+ years in an organizational leadership role required.
• Experience with nonprofit fundraising and financial processes preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit, healthcare, or business fields required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the organization’s strategic plan, budget, and goals with the Board.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic and hippotherapy program.
• Direct fundraising, donor engagement, and serve as primary spokesperson with supporters and partners.
• Oversee finance, HR, facilities, compliance, and organizational policies.
