Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a network to source and originate co-investments.
• Structure investments considering objectives, portfolio construction and 40 Act criteria.
• Underwrite using quantitative and fundamental credit analysis.
• Analyze leverage options and impact on risk/return.
• Oversee deal structuring and execution with internal/external parties.
• Manage multiple investment processes in parallel to drive results.
• Lead, develop and mentor junior resources.
• Prepare investment memoranda for committees and monitoring.
