Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current, active RN license in the state; CPR/BLS required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Familiar with EMR/EHR systems and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate the nursing department and its activities.
• Lead quality assurance and monitor KPI goals for nursing services.
• Prepare reports and recommendations to the Administrator.
• Coordinate nursing services with resident care and other departments.
• Oversee staff performance evaluations and competencies.
