Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an Executive Director of Nursing (DON) for a Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care facility in Wisconsin. The DON will provide strategic nursing leadership, develop policies, and ensure regulatory compliance across the unit.

Responsibilities include staffing, education, infection control, budgeting, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Requires a BSN, an RN license in the state of practice, and at least 3 years of supervisory LTAC experience; CPR is required
