St. John Paul the Great Catholic High School in Denver, Colorado seeks a Senior Director of Finance and Operations. This role leads seven functions including Finance, HR, Facilities, Technology, Insurance & Contracts, Real Estate, and Leadership/Strategy, with accountability to the President and Board.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned generalist with strong fiscal acumen, discretion, and the ability to build managers. Experience in a school or nonprofit setting is preferred.

Competenze

• Deep Catholic faith and full alignment with JPG's mission, vision and values.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership overseeing multiple business functions.
• Ability to read, analyze, and explain financial statements and build/manage budgets.
• Working knowledge of HR, accounting, insurance, contracts and property.
• Strong technology skills and comfort leading systems-driven work.
• Discretion with confidential financial and personnel information.

Mansioni

• Lead the school's annual budget process and monitor performance against budget.
• Oversee accounting in partnership with outsourced controller; direct that relationship.
• Prepare and interpret financial statements and reports for President and Board.
• Plan cash flow and long-range financial planning for enrollment and facility growth.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and future audits.
• Supervise the HR Manager and safeguard sensitive data.
• Ensure HR policies and compensation support JPG's mission and growth.
