Qualifications

• Proven experience as Director of Engineering or similar leadership role.
• Experience leading SDLC with Agile/RAD methodologies.
• Strong experience designing and scaling in-house CRM/asset mgmt/BI software.
• Led web apps projects using Python (Django) and React on AWS.
• Exceptional leadership and remote, cross-functional team management.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy aligned with company goals.
• Develop roadmap and budget for technology investments.
• Mentor and coach delivery teams on tech implementation.
• Oversee SDLC standards and tooling.
