Job Summary

The Executive Director - Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. The role involves implementing industry best practices and fostering a positive organizational culture aligned with the mission.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
  2. Promote a positive community image consistent with organizational values.
  3. Manage campus operations to meet residents' needs at all care levels.
  4. Adhere to operational budgets and financial goals.
  5. Guide and mentor staff to align with strategic plans.
  6. Ensure physical plant and grounds are well-maintained.
  7. Follow all corporate policies and procedures.
  8. Participate in policy development and revision.
  9. Engage in strategic and operational planning.
  10. Maintain professional credentials and stay informed on industry changes.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
  12. Promote lean management principles.
  13. Oversee fundraising activities.
  14. Participate in on-call services as needed.

Qualifications

Experience and Education
