Metropolitan Community College in Kansas City, MO, seeks an Executive Director of Nursing to provide strategic, academic, and operational leadership for its nursing programs including Professional Nursing, Practical Nursing, and the LPN-to-ADN Bridge.

The successful candidate will lead faculty and staff, advance accreditation readiness, manage budgets and partnerships, and align programs with regional healthcare workforce needs to prepare students for meaningful careers.

Formación

Leadership of nursing education programs and administrative oversight.
Experience in accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance.
Strategic planning and partnership development for health science programs.

Responsabilidades

Provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for MCC's nursing programs.
Lead nursing faculty and staff, including performance management and professional development.
Direct planning, coordination, administration, assessment, and evaluation of nursing programs and services.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and accreditation expectations.
Develop and sustain partnerships expanding clinical learning opportunities and workforce pipelines.
Oversee program budgets, grants, and financial resources.
Collaborate with institutional leadership on policies affecting nursing education and Health Science Institute.
