• Senior leadership experience in a nonprofit membership association or similar.
• Proven ability to translate mission into priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Strong financial acumen and budget oversight.

• Translate mission and strategy into focused, measurable organizational goals.
• Lead a distributed staff across multiple time zones with accountability.
• Protect and steward organizational resources while expanding non-dues revenue.
