Job summary

Reporting to the Board, this role builds a high-performing culture, strengthens partnerships, and ensures safety, regulatory alignment, and strong staff leadership across centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, education or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience with staff, operations, and budgets.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience leading managers or multi-level teams.
• Experience managing organizational operations, financial performance, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience building partnerships with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program quality, staff development, and family engagement.
