Job summary

Barrington James seeks an Executive Director, Medical Affairs - Immunology (Allergy & Derm) to lead a US-focused, globally scoped immunology portfolio. You will own the medical strategy, build and guide a high-performing MA team, and set the scientific narrative to reach HCPs, payers, and patients in collaboration with Clinical, Commercial, and Market Access.

Executive Director, Medical Affairs - Immunology (Allergy & Derm)

Clinical-stage biotech, US-focused with global scope.

Senior Medical Affairs leader to own the medical strategy for a late stage immunology portfolio. You'll build and lead a team, set the scientific story, and drive how data reaches HCPs, payers, and patients, working closely with Clinical, Commercial, and Market Access.

The Role:

• Builds and runs the Medical Affairs plan across allergy and dermatology, and is the go to disease expert for Clinical, Commercial, and Access teams.
• Owns the publication plan and core medical content (slide decks, training, scientific platform) at both US and global level.
• Develops relationships with key experts and societies, and runs advisory boards and congress symposia.
• Designs a multichannel plan (congress, pubs, field, digital) and tracks impact with clear metrics.
• Manages and develops in-house medical and field medical (MSL) teams, and owns budget and vendors.
