The Pearlstone Center seeks an Executive Director to lead Pearlstone’s campus and living Judaism initiatives in Baltimore. • Recruit, retain, and develop Pearlstone staff with clear goals and accountability.
• Build a culture of professionalism, warmth, and shared purpose across diverse teams.
• Ensure financial sustainability through hospitality and philanthropy initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, reporting, and KPIs; manage crisis and risk planning.
• Lead fundraising efforts, donor storytelling, and strategic partnerships.
