Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Track record of change management and growing earned revenue.
• Experience fundraising and working with boards and donors.
• Ability to build culture, staff accountability, and clear systems.
• Familiarity with Jewish nonprofit landscape and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pearlstone’s institutional leadership and accountability.
• Drive philanthropy, community relationships, and donor engagement.
• Provide hospitality operations oversight across services.
• Advance financial sustainability through budget and revenue growth.
• Oversee Campus Master Plan execution and facilities.
• Align Jewish environmental education and land stewardship with mission.
