Job summary

Rabobank is seeking an Executive Director – Capital Markets Officer (Leveraged Finance) to lead origination and structuring of leveraged loans and HY bonds in the US. You will collaborate with sponsor coverage, relationship managers, and product partners to deliver risk-aware, client-focused financing solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in relevant finance sectors, FINRA licenses, and the ability to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 10+ years in Corporate or Leveraged Finance, Capital Markets, or Loan Syndications.
• FINRA Series 79 and 63 (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Knowledge of banking regulations and Rabobank policies.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze loan and capital-markets developments and share insights with bankers, clients, and partners.
• Assess issuer needs and capital-structure options; build leveraged financing and syndication proposals.
• Collaborate with clients and sponsors to present financing ideas and terms.
• Develop and execute investor outreach; partner with sales and distribution to meet targets.
• Lead transaction execution with counsel and internal stakeholders; ensure timely docs.
• Keep leadership apprised of market dynamics, pipeline, and progress; escalate issues promptly.
• Support co-managed bond and equity transactions as appropriate.
