Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Senior Director of IT Governance and Security Controls to lead IT governance, SOX ITGCs, and risk management programs across global IT environments. The role partners with IT, Finance, Corporate Audit, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient operations and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in IT governance, SOX, risk management.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in global organizations.
• Deep understanding of SOX ITGCs, PCAOB requirements, IT risk management.
• Experience leading enterprise compliance, risk, audit programs.
• Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadership and governance committees.
• Experience with SAP environments, access governance, and GRC solutions preferred.
• Knowledge of emerging technology risks, automation, data analytics, and AI governance capabilities.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CPA, CRISC, CISM, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Execute global IT governance strategy, priorities, and operating model.
• Lead day-to-day IT governance and compliance to meet objectives and milestones.
• Strengthen control maturity, risk management, and operational effectiveness.
• Establish KPIs, compliance metrics, and program health measures for leadership.
• Oversee SOX ITGCs across globally in-scope systems.
• Guide control design, monitoring, and remediation activities.
