Birch, Stewart, Kolasch, & Birch LLP (BSKB) seeks an Executive Director to oversee all administrative operations in a fast-paced IP law firm environment in Vienna, Virginia. The role includes steering budgeting, financial reporting, HR, IT, facilities, and library across multiple departments, with direct reporting to the Executive Committee.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 5–7 years in accounting and reporting, CPA firm experience, and strong communication skills to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required or equivalent.
• Graduate degree preferred for leadership role in finance.
• Minimum 5–7 years in accounting and reporting, CPA firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend executive committee and partnership meetings; draft agendas and minutes.
• Oversee budgeting process and financial reporting for the firm.
• Supervise accounting, HR, IT, facilities and library departments; ensure internal controls.
