Habitat for Humanity of Schenectady County is seeking an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations and capacity-building efforts. Responsibilities

Resource Development & Fundraising: Lead fundraising initiatives, cultivate major donors, and secure capital for programs.
Community & Public Relations: Serve as the organization’s spokesperson and build partnerships with stakeholders.
Financial Management & Operations: Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership & Volunteer Management: Develop staff and volunteer teams to advance the mission.
