Boston Medical Center seeks an Executive Director of Government Advocacy to lead BMCHS's government affairs at federal, state, and local levels. Based in Massachusetts, you will align advocacy priorities across BMCHS's hospitals and health plan, working with Strategy, Finance, and clinical leadership to advance policy goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in government affairs or public policy with leadership.
• Experience influencing legislative, regulatory, or funding outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of BMCHS government affairs and advocacy at federal, state, and local levels.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with state and federal policymakers and stakeholders.
• Represent BMCHS with policymakers, regulators, and coalitions and manage external government affairs resources.
• Oversee day-to-day advocacy and ensure alignment of priorities across hospitals and health plan.
• Advise executive leadership on political developments and regulatory risk; prepare executives for engagement.
