Comagine Health is looking for an experienced Executive Director to lead the Washington Community Information Exchange (CIE). This role involves operational oversight, strategic partnerships, and financial management to ensure effective community health improvements across Washington State. Successful candidates will have a Master's degree, significant experience with state health agencies, and strong leadership skills. The position is primarily remote, requiring reliable internet access and a distraction-free workspace.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading high‑profile, large‑scale engagements with Medicaid programs and/or state health agencies.
• 5+ years of leadership and people management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership and management of the Washington CIE program.
• Ensure adequate staffing, regulatory compliance, and adherence to organizational and client policies.
• Lead cross‑functional teams supporting implementation and operational delivery of the statewide CIE initiative.
