Job summary

Health Affairs Publishing is seeking an Executive Director to provide enterprise-wide leadership for strategy, finance, operations, and growth in the Washington, DC area. Significant progressive executive leadership experience.
Ability to develop and execute an enterprise-level strategy with measurable results.
Experience growing and diversifying revenue streams across subscriptions, partnerships, events, licensing, or philanthropy.

Responsibilities

Set and execute Health Affairs’ enterprise strategy with measurable priorities and results.
Develop a sustainable, diversified business model for long-term financial resilience.
Lead growth across the Health Affairs portfolio with new products, services, and partnerships.
Protect editorial independence and credibility while strengthening the organization’s brand and partnerships.
Lead and develop a senior leadership team and collaborate with Project HOPE and the Health Affairs Management Board.
