The Executive Director, Customer Engagement & Experience Marketing Community Lead, drives enterprise HCP engagement strategy, standard setting, and cross-functional orchestration to deliver a unified customer experience. Reporting to the VP, this role partners with Therapeutic Leads and Medical Affairs to align planning and insights.

Qualifications

• Must have 15+ years of commercial experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals with leadership in HCP marketing, customer experience, and KOL engagement.
• Experience leading large field-facing teams and governing engagement standards across complex commercial networks.
• Strong ability to translate insights into enterprise strategy and cross-functional plans.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise HCP customer engagement strategy across communities, brands, and lifecycles.
• Lead TLL and KOL relationships, coordinating priority external engagements and advisory planning.
• Align planning across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Field and therapeutic communities.
• Build and develop the Customer Engagement & Experience team and governance models.
