Qualifications

• Experience in strategic leadership and organizational management in membership organizations or related sectors.
• Background in tourism, hospitality, or public affairs.
• Proven ability to serve as spokesperson and coalition builder.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for HLTA, reporting to the Board of Directors.
• Strengthen financial and organizational performance and expand member value.
• Advance advocacy, communications, events, partnerships, and education initiatives.
• Position HLTA for continued growth and influence and coordinate with key partners.
