This senior role manages a 100+ donor portfolio, partners with college leadership, and steers a strategic philanthropic pipeline with national donor engagement and community partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years of progressive fundraising experience in a nonprofit or similarly complex organizational environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing major gift portfolios, cultivating donor relationships, soliciting contributions, and securing significant philanthropic commitments.
• Experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies that align donor interests with organizational priorities.
• Experience translating complex academic programs, clinical services, or community initiatives into compelling philanthropic opportunities.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership, faculty, and external stakeholders to advance fundraising objectives.

Aufgaben

• Strategic Fundraising and Academic Collaboration: identify and advance fundraising priorities supporting academic programs, student scholarships, clinical training, and community partnerships; advise leadership on donor engagement opportunities.
• Major Gift Fundraising and Portfolio Management: manage a portfolio of up to 100 major gifts; cultivate, solicit, and steward donors; conduct donor visits regionally and nationally.
• Foundation Relations and Grant Development: identify foundation funding opportunities; develop and submit proposals; coordinate grant development strategies.
• Advancement Collaboration and Donor Stewardship: implement integrated fundraising strategies with internal teams; strengthen prospect identification and relationship management.
• Institutional Representation and Community Engagement: represent advancement at events and build relationships with community partners to expand philanthropic support.
• Other Duties as Assigned: perform additional duties as needed.
