Lewis & Clark College seeks an Executive Director of the Graduate School of Education and Counseling Advancement to lead fundraising strategy and donor relations within the Office of Advancement in Portland. The role focuses on securing major gifts, building partnerships with faculty and leadership, and expanding the college’s philanthropic impact across academic programs and community initiatives.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in major gift fundraising, strategic relationship

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years of progressive fundraising experience in nonprofit or complex organizations.
• Experience managing major gift portfolios and soliciting significant commitments.
• Experience translating academic or clinical programs into philanthropic opportunities.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic fundraising and academic collaboration with GSEC leadership.
• Manage a portfolio of up to 100 major gifts with gifts from $50k to $1M+.
• Develop and submit foundation proposals and grant opportunities.
• Coordinate donor stewardship and integrated fundraising strategies.
• Represent GSEC Advancement at events and in external partnerships.
