Job summary

MCI USA is seeking an Executive Director to lead NARPM® with vision and accountability, partnering with the Board to advance the mission and deliver member value. The role includes organizational growth, governance, and staff excellence within MCI's full-service portfolio.

The Executive Director will manage strategic plans, drive revenue growth, and ensure contract health and client satisfaction while aligning with MCI’s commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CAE preferred.
• Progressive management experience in an association or nonprofit; prior Executive Director experience.
• Experience managing client relations with revenue or P&L accountability within an AMC or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies, objectives, programs, and initiatives aligning with the organization’s mission and plan.
• Oversee governance, programs, and services with board committees; ensure timely reporting and risk management.
• Drive revenue growth via sponsorships, programs, and operational efficiencies while ensuring budget goals.
• Provide financial oversight: budgets, reporting, and program impact on the bottom line.
• Manage staff and resources; balance client needs with contract scope and commercial objectives.
• Support staff leadership development and cross-service collaboration across the account.
