Job summary

PHD seeks an Executive Director to lead comms planning across the portfolio, partnering with clients to earn trust through strategic rigor and creative solutions. You will guide PHD teams in implementing a cohesive communications blueprint, leveraging Omni Workflow to unify research, audience building, channel selection, and optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in holistic communications planning that ties brand to audience across journey.
• Strong ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent presentation skills with senior client partners.
• Experience communicating with C-Suite executives and influencing strategy.
• Expertise across media channels and integration of creative, PR, and in-store disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide comms planning strategy and investment for brands.
